Position Summary Full Stack (Java/Angular) Software Developer We are seeking a talented Software Developer with strong Java and web application development experience to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance both new and existing software solutions that support business-critical operations. Many of our applications are high-availability systems that run 24/7/365 and require reliable, scalable performance to meet strict service level agreements (SLAs). This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical products while leveraging modern technologies and development practices. Requirements Experience developing Java applications Jakarta EE (formerly Java EE), especially WildFly, JPA, CDI, and JAX-RS Angular Can work solo or in small teams with minimal guidance Has a flexible and dynamic skill set and can work on various facets of a project Bonus Points For Experience With JavaScript and TypeScript IntellaJ Maven Git Netty Jetty SQL (MSSQL/Postregress) CSS and Sass Cryptographic protocols (especially SSH and TLS) Designing distributed/clustered applications Designing applications that operate over high latency, low bandwidth networks Lottery industry experience Retail POS software experience Your Personal Strengths Very good interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills. A do-what-it-takes attitude. Able to help solve complex problems Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where multi-tasking is common. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in related field or similar preferred.
