# Senior LCNC Developer - ACWS

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.Summary: Lead Appian developers driving low-code design, development, modernization, and sustainment to enhance contract writing and related business processes. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. Appian Senior or Lead Developer certification and CompTia Sec+ 5+ years of hands-on Appian development Deep experience designing, configuring, and delivering Appian applications in enterprise environments Ability to translate epics, features, and user stories into scalable workflows, interfaces, process models, and integrations Knowledge of workflow automation, testing support, release coordination, and production sustainment Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing Appian best practices Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance based on Government requirements. Desired Qualifications: Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning  Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired  Responsibilities: Lead Appian solution design and development activities Translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions Guide modernization of legacy capabilities into Appian Coordinate with architects, testers, and DevSecOps personnel to support successful delivery and sustainment  The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. DSA
