Food and Beverage Attendant NA-01

This position is located at the Fort Bliss Centennial Banquet and Conference Center. Prepares and serves food items which include, but are not limited to, hot dogs, nachos, chips, candy, lemonade, drinks, etc. Assists with food service during private event functions and large-scale events. Assists catering team with decoration, preparation, and recovery of events. Greets customers and provides information about the facility and event. Collects sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary. Busses tables, brings empty dishes to kitchen, sprays and wipes down tables, assists waitstaff as requested. Rolls silver wear, and assists other associated food and beverage activities. Maintains a positive attitude, demonstrates a willingness to learn and performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
