Delivery Driver - Full-Time

Role Overview The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting and delivering products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring timely service and proper unloading according to company standards. Key Responsibilities Transport and unload products, including handling damaged goods and customer returns, while maintaining food safety protocols and sanitary conditions. Complete all required paperwork accurately, including delivery logs, inspections, and invoices. Develop good customer relationships through courteous service and effective communication. Operate assigned equipment safely, including hand carts and vehicles, and adhere to safety guidelines. Report route deviations, issues, or safety concerns to management promptly. Maintain equipment and work in various weather and environment conditions. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred; tractor trailer driving experience or completion of driving school accepted. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and insurability required. Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety practices, and hazard handling. Proficient in English, with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks like climbing in/out of vehicles, loading, and unloading. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, pushing, bending, and twisting; exposure to varying weather, mechanical parts, and confined spaces. Occasional exposure to fumes, high places, and noise; work may include overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
