Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture, Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, project management, or technical operations, preferably in the retail sector, Proven experience in team management, contractor management, and cross-functional project coordination, Strong knowledge of construction processes, fit-out works, technical installations, and building regulations, Experience in CAPEX and OPEX budget planning, tracking, and reporting, Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, with the ability to read and interpret architectural and technical project plans, Good command of both written and spoken English, Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, Supports open communication, feedback culture, change, and innovation, No restriction for travel. Job Description: Managing construction, renovation, maintenance, and fit-out projects for new and existing stores in line with company standards and timelines, Leading and coordinating internal technical teams, external contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle, Ensuring compliance with MediaMarktSaturn technical requirements, construction standards, local regulations, health and safety rules, and quality expectations, Taking responsibility for CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including planning, cost tracking, optimization, and timely reporting to senior management, Reviewing and negotiating construction, fit-out, and technical specifications with landlords, contractors, and relevant stakeholders, Monitoring on-site progress, identifying potential risks and technical issues, and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions, Ensuring the quality of construction works, building materials, technical installations, and handover processes, Managing the maintenance processes of the existing store network and coordinating necessary conversions of technical installations, Preparing regular project status, budget, risk, and performance reports for management, Developing and implementing smart workplace activities, efficiency initiatives, and technical improvement projects.
