Job Position: SDE 3 (BI Analyst-Cosmos) Job Location: Redmond, WA Fulltime Role: SDE 3 (BI Analyst-Cosmos) Mandatory Technical Skills :-
• Strong web analytics skills and working experience in same
• Strong skills in Cosmos and proficiency in the Scope language.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good SQL & Excel skills to troubleshoot data mismatches and comparison
• Basic understanding of DOM (Document Object Model) & HTML for troubleshooting
• Must have experience with Big data
• Experience with Power BI is a plus Desirable Technical Skills
• Experience with Adobe Site Catalyst, DAX (Digital Analytix) or similar enterprise analytics system is a plus Mandatory Functional Skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience working within a geographically-dispersed team
• Experience working across multiple groups and teams
• Heavy customer facing experience. Should be able to work in agile manner with the customer & stakeholders
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good Presentation Skills Desirable Functional Skills
• Previous experience working with Microsoft.
• Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
• Customer focused
