# Die Maintenance Technician

As a Die Maintenance Technician, you’ll be part of the team that ensures our tools and dies are clean, reliable, and ready for action. What We Offer Skills-Based Pay: Earn an additional $0.50/hr for every skill level you achieve (up to 4 levels). Guaranteed Growth: Annual Raises of up to $1.00/hr every year! What You’ll Do Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on tools and dies. Troubleshoot and repair tooling die issues as they arise. Adjust and prep die to ensure proper alignment, fit, and performance. Keep your work area organized, safe, and ready for the next task. Day-to-Day Expectations Operate equipment safely and responsibly. Complete simple documentation with accuracy. Use problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and correct issues. Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and work instructions. Special Safety Responsibilities Wear proper PPE when handling hazardous materials. Participate in required yearly training on chemical and waste handling. Understand emergency procedures and the basics of spill control. What You Need High school diploma or equivalent.
