CIVIL ESTIMATOR 💰 $100,000 – $120,000 + Benefits 📍 Houston, Texas 🚧Civil Construction 📈 Opportunity for career progression Are you an experienced Civil Estimator ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented estimator to join a growing civil construction team in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who knows how to turn project plans, specifications, and site requirements into accurate, competitive estimates and wants to be part of a team where their expertise genuinely makes an impact. You'll be estimating a diverse portfolio of civil construction projects across the Houston market, including site development, earthwork, underground utilities, drainage, roadways and infrastructure projects. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for civil construction projects Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work and bid documents Develop quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Identify project risks, opportunities and potential cost savings Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and leadership Support the bid process from initial review through final submission What We’re Looking For 3+ years of civil construction estimating experience Strong understanding of civil construction methods and costs Experience with quantity takeoffs, bids and subcontractor pricing Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office A proactive, team-oriented approach If you’re an experienced Civil Estimator looking for a role where your skills are valued and your career can grow, I’d love to hear from you.
