This role is a part of Procurement.    Role Overview  Our Procurement team is seeking an entry-level Procurement Coordinator to provide critical support across purchasing, invoicing, and cross-functional operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the fundamentals of procurement in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with procurement, sales, warehouse, and finance teams to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.    Responsibilities  Procurement Support  Support invoice validation, escalating discrepancies to the Logistics Lead or procurement partners as needed.  Support Invoice automation project, automated entry of invoices, and be the procurement liaison.  Assist with purchase order creation and administrative tracking.  Help ensure purchasing data is accurate and up to date in supply chain systems.  Support New Goods launch function.  Sales Facing Coordination  Coordinate questions from sales, respond or support responding.  Have ownership of visibility projects for sales.  Cross-Functional & Administrative Support  Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, finance, and sales teams on routine operational requests.  Support invoice processing and documentation.  Assist with reporting, data entry, and ad-hoc operational tasks as required.  Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.  Requirements  Experience: 0–1 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or an administrative operations role.  Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.  Organization & Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.  Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.  Systems & Tools: Comfortable working with Excel and internal systems; ERP experience is a plus.  Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced operational environment.  Collaboration: Team-oriented and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders.    This is a hybrid role, based onsite three days per week at our NYC Corporate Headquarters.    Benefits Package  Your well-being is our top priority.
