NRF hires a new People Specialist! ABOUT THE JOB As a Junior People Business Partner, you will become part of a dynamic, rapidly growing international organization. In this role, you serve as a point of contact for various HR inquiries and ensure smooth handling of administrative and organizational processes, such as payroll. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS AN JUNIOR PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER? Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolving any issues or problems Manage temporary staff and related processes Collect and validate payroll data and cooperate with external payroll provider Ensure that practices comply with labor law, agreements and procedures and manage legal matters such as dispute, disciplinary procedures and dismissals Review and update mandatory documents (f.e. DUERP, DUE, internal regulations) Serving as a liaison with external organizations Analyze and report on relevant statistics Analyze training needs, development plans and manage logistics and administration Contribute to cross-functional HR projects WHAT DO YOU BRING AS AN JUNIOR PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER?
