Job description: Business Process Excellence Professional Turkey Your Role As a Business Process Excellence Professional, you will play a central role in driving process optimisation projects that enhance operational efficiency and performance across our logistics networks. You will identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement process standardisation initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of excellence. What Are You Going to Do? Analyse existing business processes within contract logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Lead process mapping, benchmarking, and gap analysis activities to generate actionable insights. Develop and implement process optimisation strategies aligned with organisational goals and customer expectations. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to design and roll out best practices, ensuring their consistent implementation across sites. Support project planning and coordination activities within Contract Logistics. Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and support data-driven decision-making. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, reduce waste, and improve operational agility. Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and support process adoption among employees. Work actively in both office and operational site environments. What Are We Looking For? We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who is eager to build a career in operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree from an engineering faculty, preferably in Industrial Engineering. Either a recent graduate profile or preferably 2–3 years of experience in business processes, project planning, process improvement, logistics, or a related field. An interest in contract logistics operations and project planning processes. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks. An interest in process mapping, data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at different organisational levels. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance management tools. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Turkish. A willingness to work in both office-based and operational site environments. The ability to work at the Emaar and Gebze locations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, particularly for operational layout planning and process design. What Do We Offer?
