# DevOps Engineer

Qualifications : 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD best practices. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with cluster management tools (e.g., Rancher). Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or similar). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket). Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform and/or Ansible). Experience managing multi-cluster Kubernetes environments at scale. CKA and/or CKAD certification. Job Description: Manage and automate infrastructure and configuration changes across environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver practical solutions. Create and maintain clear technical documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures. Manage multi-cluster environments and improve platform stability. Improve CI/CD processes with a focus on efficiency and reliability. Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting practices for proactive incident detection. Evaluate emerging DevOps technologies and adopt tools that improve delivery outcomes. Integrate third-party tools and services into the development and deployment pipeline. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps team members.
