Customer Service Representative

Location Remote position Candidates must be based in or near Tampa, FL, Cary NC or Texas Pay Rate $20/hour on W2 Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Provide excellent customer service and support Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution Maintain a high level of professionalism during customer interactions Required Qualifications Strong customer service and/or call center experience Calling experience is mandatory Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience within the insurance industry
