Superintendent

Job Summary: Oversee daily field operations for commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects , including subcontractors, schedules, site safety, quality, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily field activities. Maintain project schedules and meet construction milestones. Conduct site inspections for quality and safety. Resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays. Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics. Maintain daily reports and project documentation. Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and clients. Requirements: 10+ years of construction field supervision experience. Commercial TI/interior build-out experience preferred. Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes. Ability to read drawings and specifications. Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills. Knowledge of inspections, permits, and OSHA requirements. OSHA certification preferred. Office/retail build-out experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish and Procore experience are a plus.
