Merchandiser/ Senior Merchandiser (Apparel)

Job Responsibilities Manage the full merchandising cycle from product development through bulk production and shipment Liaise with suppliers and factories to ensure customer requirements on cost, quality, and delivery are met Prepare presentation and costing materials for buyer meetings and buying trips, including sample styles, pricing, and supplier / factory information Coordinate closely with internal teams including Design, Technical, Production, QC, and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution Monitor order progress, identify risks early, and proactively resolve issues Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Diploma or above in Fashion, Textiles, or related disciplines 5–8 years+ of solid garment merchandising experience, preferably in a trading firm Proven experience handling product development, costing, and supplier negotiation independently Woven/Knits/Denim categories are welcome; exposure to the US market is an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Good command of spoken and written English Able to work independently, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented
