Our field consultants, trainers, and operational leaders are the backbone of our company. That’s where this role comes in. The Opportunity We are hiring a Recruiter to lead nationwide recruiting efforts across multiple roles and markets. This role reports to leadership and plays a direct part in supporting company growth goals. It is a high-visibility, high-activity position responsible for sourcing, calling, screening, and building strong talent pipelines across the country. This is not a passive recruiting role. It requires someone who hunts for talent, builds pipelines proactively, and drives hiring momentum. What You Will Own Nationwide sourcing and recruiting efforts across multiple states High-volume outbound calling to attract talent Managing multiple open roles at once (field, operations, leadership) Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines Screening candidates and coordinating interviews Partnering with leadership to understand expansion and hiring priorities Tracking recruiting KPIs (calls, interviews, hires, time-to-fill) Improving recruiting processes and systems as we scale You will help ensure our growth is supported by strong, qualified hires in every market we enter. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience Experience recruiting across multiple states or regions preferred Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms Organized, metrics-driven, and results-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment Strong communication and follow-up discipline Construction, consulting, or professional services recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
