Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to assist customers by phone, answer questions, provide product and service information, and support positive customer relationships. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people and developing valuable customer service experience. Responsibilities Provide accurate information about products, services, and company offerings. Assist customers with routine requests and concerns. Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs. Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally. Follow up with customers and prospective customers when appropriate. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Assist with customer outreach and engagement activities. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow-ups. Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to team members. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team member when necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong problem-solving abilities. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
