Operations & Business Development Manager

For one of our corporate clients, we are looking for an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to join their organization. This role will be primarily responsible for managing and continuously improving the company’s logistics, warehouse, and e-commerce operations, while also contributing to business development, technology, and process improvement initiatives. The position will play a key role in structuring operational processes in line with the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end logistics, warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, order, shipment, inventory, and return processes, Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipment, stock counting, and returns, Lead workforce planning, team organization, and performance management for the operations team, Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of e-commerce orders and continuously improve operational processes and service levels, Manage relationships and operational performance of logistics and courier service providers, Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure alignment between physical stock and ERP/WMS systems, Ensure the effective use and continuous improvement of ERP, WMS, e-commerce platforms, and related integrations, Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, automation, and technology improvements, Establish and monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports and analyses for senior management, Lead operational improvement and transformation projects in line with the company’s growth objectives, Identify potential operational risks and develop effective solutions to ensure business continuity, Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards across warehouse and operational areas, Contribute to capacity planning and the development of scalable operational infrastructure, Explore new technologies, systems, and operational models that can support business growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in e-commerce operations and warehouse management , Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, and logistics operations , Preferably experienced in the retail, fashion, textile, or e-commerce industries , Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, e-commerce operations, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics processes, Strong process improvement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment, Technology-oriented mindset with an interest in automation and operational innovation. Location & Working Model 📍 Istanbul – Ortaköy (On-site) The role will be based approximately 50% at the Esenyurt warehouse and 50% at the Ortaköy office.
