Role Description This full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Warehouse Associate will handle daily shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, labeling, and organizing products. Responsibilities include packing orders accurately, unloading deliveries, staging materials, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment. The role also involves operating material-handling equipment, assisting with inventory counts, restocking supplies, and following safety procedures and company policies. Collaboration with team members and clear communication with supervisors and project teams are essential to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Qualifications Strong shipping and receiving skills, including verifying orders, preparing documentation, and organizing inventory. Experience with packing and unloading materials in a warehouse or distribution environment. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently; pallet jack operation experience is preferred. Basic computer skills for inventory systems and order tracking, and the ability to learn new tools quickly. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow safety standards and warehouse procedures. Physical ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Effective teamwork and communication skills; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
