Trade and Operational Marketing Specialist (Local Distilled Spirits) Job Description Develop and implement trade and operational marketing strategies for the local distilled spirits portfolio. Coordinate and execute projects aimed at increasing brand visibility and consumer engagement across target channels. Plan, implement, and monitor POP materials and in-store visibility activities. Support budget tracking and ensure the efficient use of resources. Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. Coordinate activities with external stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and business partners. Prepare regular reports and analyses to evaluate campaign performance, market activities, and return on investment (ROI). Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify business development opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including quality, food safety, and occupational health and safety standards. Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering from a recognized university. Knowledge of Trade Marketing dynamics and field execution processes. Advanced written and verbal English proficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license with active driving experience. No restrictions on domestic or international travel. Residing in, or willing to relocate to, Istanbul or İzmir.
