ICU RN - Full Time - Night Shift

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, focusing on acute cardiac patients and critical care needs. Responsibilities Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within established nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, home care, and medication administration. Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and contributing to professional development. Developing and documenting personalized care plans, ensuring effective communication across the care team. Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers. Adhering to safety protocols as this is a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree, RN license, no prior experience necessary. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
