Plant Controller

Wyser is an international executive search and selection company within Gi Group Holding, specializing in middle and senior management recruitment. We are currently seeking a ‘Plant Controller’ for a multinational and globally operating company we are consulting for. Key Responsibilities: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for plant operations. Monitor production costs, cost accounting, and inventory performance. Prepare variance analyses and provide actionable financial insights. Support Capex evaluations through ROI analysis. Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational and financial performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in Plant Controlling, Cost Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial analysis. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
