You'll partner directly with clients year-round to solve complex tax challenges, identify planning opportunities, and deliver meaningful results. From research and planning to review, filing, and resolution, you'll have ownership of engagements and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships. Compensation CPA $95,000-$125,000+ DOE Compensation may exceed the posted range for highly qualified candidates Experienced Tax Professionals (Non-CPA) Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated performance We value experience and capability, not just credentials Potential hiring bonus for exceptional candidates. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns Manage multistate tax compliance engagements Research complex tax issues and provide practical client-focused solutions Partner with clients on tax planning opportunities throughout the year Respond to tax notices and assist with audit support Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and service What You Bring Active Montana CPA license (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred) 3-5 years of complex individual and entity tax preparation experience Strong federal and multistate taxation Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Who Thrives Here?
