# OB/GYN Physician

Overview Unified Women's Healthcare is the leading national platform for women's healthcare. Our affiliate, Southern New England Healthcare for Women, is seeking a skilled and collaborative OB/GYN Physician to join the Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology in Providence, Rhode Island . This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, team-based model that includes physicians and midwives, providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Highlights: Practice is comprised of 6 OB/GYN Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners 4-day work week, including a mix of office, surgery, and laborist responsibilities Shared call schedule with another practice Approximately 1 (24-hour) call shift per month Midwives take first call, with physicians serving as supervising backup Opportunity to take additional call shifts for increased compensation All deliveries are performed at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island, a nationally recognized leader in women’s care Supervise and collaborate with a team of 13 midwives in a hospital-based program Compensation/Benefits Highlights: Competitive compensation CME reimbursement Comprehensive health, dental, and vision 401k with matching Short- and long-term disability, company paid life insurance Company paid malpractice coverage Supportive and appreciative culture Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Current Unrestricted State Medical License Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain About Unified Women's Healthcare is affiliated with the largest, physician-owned Ob-Gyn practice network in the nation, with 925+ affiliated practices and 2,700+ providers.
