• Acute Rehab Unit Full Time Day Shift (72 hours bi-weekly) w/ every 3rd weekend. 5% Market Pay Differential $2 Weekend Differential Sign On Bonus Eligible Schedule: Part-Time 7am
• 7:30pm Monday thru Friday & every 3rd weekend Acute Rehab is a 20 bed unit. Rehab focus. Role Overview : As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. You will use your professional judgment and analytical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your patients. What You Will Do : Coordinate a multi-disciplinary plan of care to ensure appropriate length of stay, resource use, and quality outcomes. Provide patient care that respects individual rights, dignity, values, and cultural preferences. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety measures, and self-care. Administer medications, IVs, and blood products according to established policies. Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with case managers to ensure appropriate referrals and discharge plans. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Certified BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date, or Certified Instructor. Graduate of an approved professional (RN) nursing program. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
