Job Description Work Schedule 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, 8 hr shifts Monday through Friday between the hours of 8-5. You will work at the UW Health 1340 Charles St Clinic, suite 404. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience Computer experience. Required 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois. Required Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
