Regardless of the position one holds, each team member brings their talent and desire to positively impact the environment and lives of others in a refreshing, vibrant, and inclusive culture.Lead cross functional continuous improvement projects to&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;efficient&nbsp;processes and&nbsp;manufacturing&nbsp;flow&nbsp;with a focus on compliance.&nbsp;Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Design&nbsp;Engineering, Production Engineering, Production Technicians and Quality to define processes and improvement opportunities. &nbsp;Efforts will primarily be focused on continuous improvement but may also incorporate corrective and preventive action projects. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: Lead&nbsp;Continuous improvement&nbsp;teams to drive&nbsp;process improvements&nbsp;creating&nbsp;efficiency&nbsp;and standardization in support of company goals.&nbsp; Lead continuous improvement events such as Kaizen, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, RRCA, 5S, Standard&nbsp;Work.&nbsp; Perform process walks, operator observations, and lead MFG team discussions to drive process enhancements to reduce variation.&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead/Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) initiatives (PFMEA, control Plans, SPC, etc.) to drive quality upstream into the design process.&nbsp; &nbsp; Perform verification and validation of improvements to understand effectiveness.&nbsp; Identify opportunities for improvements to be leveraged across similar process/assemblies as well as other programs.&nbsp;&nbsp; Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training and other communication methods.&nbsp; Build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a visible quality metrics dashboard that connects&nbsp;continuous improvement to company goals.&nbsp; Recommend and support updates to QMS procedures, work instructions, and forms when&nbsp;projects&nbsp;reveal process gaps or documentation deficiencies&nbsp; Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field — or equivalent demonstrated competence&nbsp; 3+ years in a manufacturing quality role, with direct hands-on experience running continuous improvement projects/events through to verified closure&nbsp; Proficiency&nbsp;in structured root cause analysis methods (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, DIVE, or equivalent), APQP, PFMEA&nbsp; Working knowledge of&nbsp;AS9100D&nbsp;and&nbsp;14 CFR Part 21&nbsp;requirements&nbsp; Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&amp;T, and interpret inspection data&nbsp; Motivated&nbsp;self starter&nbsp;with exceptional ability for indirect influence and team&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;with a high degree of emotional&nbsp;intelligence&nbsp;and ability to&nbsp;modify&nbsp;methods for&nbsp;audience.&nbsp; Above and Beyond Qualifications: AS9100D Lead Auditor certification&nbsp; Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt&nbsp; Aerospace or defense manufacturing background&nbsp; Experience with lean manufacturing, factory floor layout,&nbsp;kanbans, inventory&nbsp;management, visual factory The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role.
