Your Responsibilities Analyze commercial, operational and financial performance and support the identification of key trends and performance drivers Prepare regular and ad-hoc business analyses, KPI reports and management presentations Support the monitoring of company and business unit KPIs, targets and strategic initiatives Support strategic planning and business planning activities through data analysis and research Prepare basic business cases and scenario analyses for selected projects and initiatives Work closely with different functions to collect, analyze and consolidate information required for management decision-making What We Expect Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, business planning, performance management, finance or similar roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of business performance and key financial and operational KPIs Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work with data and turn analyses into clear and structured outputs Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams Good command of written and spoken English Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus Experience in retail, e-commerce or similar industries is a plus Our Benefits We Think You May Be Interested In Hybrid working model TeknoFlex
