# Senior Commercial Banker

Role Overview: This position involves managing and expanding a high-value client portfolio by strengthening existing relationships and attracting new clients through proactive engagement and tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted financial advisor by understanding clients' financial situations, goals, and needs. Recommend and implement customized banking products, including credit and deposits, in collaboration with internal specialists. Lead complex client conversations with advanced credit expertise and structure banking solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Credit, Treasury Management, Wealth, and Specialty Banking to provide integrated client service. Coordinate with relationship teams on loan structuring, pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management. Drive growth through deposits, loans, and fee income while meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets. Maintain community presence to generate referrals, build new relationships, and support local initiatives. Stay informed on market trends and monitor client portfolios for changes in financial status and risk exposure. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, complete required training, and act as a peer mentor and culture ambassador. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with over 10 years in related roles. Exceptional communication, relationship management, and sales skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. No specific licensing requirements. Additional Details: The role involves no supervisory responsibilities and emphasizes collaboration, client service, and community engagement. It requires a strong understanding of financial products, market trends, and compliance standards.
