# BI Analyst

We are seeking a BI Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team. This person will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, partnering with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, Creative, and Leadership to turn business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations. This is a highly analytical, business-focused role centered on using data to improve customer experiences and business performance. This is not an IT support or software development position. Key Responsibilities Translate business questions into analytical and technical requirements. Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools. Partner cross-functionally to provide insights that support business decisions. Analyze customer behavior, eCommerce performance, and A/B tests. Work with data warehouse teams to identify data requirements and resolve data quality issues. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting and analytical workflows. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with SQL and/or analytical programming such as Python or R. 5+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills. Experience translating data into actionable business insights. Strong communication skills and experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or comparable hands-on analytical experience. Preferred Experience eCommerce, subscription, consumer, or digital analytics experience. Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms. A/B testing and experimentation. Alteryx. Customer behavior, merchandising, product, or marketing analytics. Consulting experience. Candidates with backgrounds in eCommerce, subscription-based businesses, consumer-focused organizations, digital analytics, or consulting are especially relevant.
