Compensation Package: Compensation includes base salary and incentive opportunities, with total earnings potential of $185,000+ annually Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Part Time options available) Location: Bismarck, Rural ND Join the Industry Leader in Geriatric Mental Health Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Advanced Psychiatric Practitioner (PMHNP, PA-C) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Psychiatry team in North Dakota . Our team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to the underserved geriatric population residing in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities. Responsibilities Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms. Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans. Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments. Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists. Requirements Licensed in North Dakota by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry. Licensed by the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA) 1 year of Geri Psych Experience. 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals. Skills Basic computer knowledge. Excellent written communication. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills. Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Benefits Generous base salary (b ase begins following the initial 30-day orientation and training period) with monthly incentives.
