E-Kent Financial Control and Financial Reporting Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, Financial Control and Financial Reporting, you will: Partner with business leaders as a trusted finance advisor, promoting financial understanding across the organization. Monitoring of month-end closing of accounting and financial transactions Preparing financial statements of the Company in accordance with IFRS Preparing monthly PL reports in segment basis Preparing yearly budgets and 5-year projections of the Company in segment and branch basis and analysing monthly realised and budgeted figures Preparing monthly presentations of financial statements and presenting to the Board of Directors Preparing ad-hoc reports (foreign currency position report, liquidity report, etc.) Conducting relations with Parent Company and independent auditors. Monitoring and following internal audit findings related to finance & accounting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audit, finance or financial controlling (Audit background is highly preferable) Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and variance analysis. Solid understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax legislation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong grasp of financial statements and how transactions impact P&L and balance sheet Skilled at working with auditors, tax consultants, and finance operations teams Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP and SAP Business experience are advantages.
