ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Performs the following above proficiency with minimal supervision: Employs tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) when conducting PAI collection, in order to mitigate operational risk and adhere to laws and policies governing the collection and use of PAI. 2. With no supervision, completes work, meets priorities, and achieved results based on the organization’s goals and objectives. 3. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 4. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules own work activities to complete assignments in timely and effective manner. 5. Works independently to create accurately written, complex products tailored to a specific audience in an easily understandable manner. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Strong open source intelligence background with and understanding of the capabilities, limitations and vulnerabilities associated with various technologies. 2.
