Finance Specialist

We are seeking a Finance Specialist for our client operating in the manufacturing industry, for whom we provide consulting services. Responsibilities Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management Support budgeting and financial planning processes Conduct income and expense analyses and monitor financial performance Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial operations Act as a liaison between the accounting team in Turkey and the overseas finance management team Develop and improve financial reporting processes Analyze data obtained from ERP and reporting systems and present findings to management Support internal and external audit processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field Preferably 4-7 years of experience in finance Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong command of Logo ERP systems, including Tiger Enterprise, Tiger 3 Enterprise, Go3, and Netsis Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1-C2 level) Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and communication skills Detail-oriented with a results-driven and solution-focused approach to work Adecco is a private employment agency licensed by İŞKUR under License No. 442, dated 27.12.2025.
