# Sales Floor Supervisor

Castle Megastore is looking for a hands-on leader to guide a sales team and shape the customer experience in our Albuquerque store. About The Role As a Sales Supervisor, you'll be out on the floor with your team, setting the tone for service and showing them what great selling looks like. You'll turn goals into daily habits, recognize good work, and step in with coaching when someone needs a hand.
