We are looking for a Commercial / Trade Marketing Manager to join Tiryaki Perakende (Hasata & Yudum) , operating under Tiryaki Agro Holding. Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial marketing and category growth strategies Manage pricing, promotional activities, and sales plans across all sales channels Monitor sales targets, budgets, and P&L performance Lead product portfolio management, new product launches, and SKU management Monitor market, consumer, and competitive insights and translate them into actionable plans Coordinate Trade Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales Operations & Planning teams Analyze commercial performance and KPIs and report key insights and recommendations to senior management Qualifications Proven experience in Commercial Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Management within the FMCG industry Proficiency in English Strong experience in commercial planning, pricing, budget management, and P&L management Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset Strong leadership and communication skills
