Senior Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Own the design and delivery of AI-first campaign creation systems for omni-channel ad buying across video, audio, and display. • Work on a mix of established and greenfield projects, updating architecture to scale and advancing AI tactics to solve complex customer problems. • Develop backend services to support AI-first omni-channel campaigns. • Own features end-to-end, from customer requirement scoping to implementation, testing, and launch. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, data science, and partner teams. • Demonstrate and drive operational excellence, including identifying and resolving root causes of operational issues. What You'll Need • 5+ years of professional software development experience. • 5+ years of programming experience in at least one software programming language. • 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including patterns, reliability, and scaling. • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team. • 5+ years of experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
