Role: Java Developer Location: McLean, VA Length: 6 Months Mode of hire: C2H Interview Type: Phone + Face to Face / Video Call No. of positions: 6 Our Client has an opportunity for a Development, Professional to contribute to the development and maintenance of applications and processes in the Single Family Sourcing Delivery Services Department in the Information Technology Division. We are seeking a motivated individual who can design and develop applications, and provide L3 support to the Single Family Sourcing applications inventory. The candidate should have a strong ability to adapt and apply IT expertise to a varying array of issues relating to the support of Selling and Pricing systems. Our development team members are expected to work under limited direction and independently determine and develop approaches to solutions. Responsibilities include: Application development, prototyping, modeling and high level technical consulting, contributing to the success of project(s) Understand business needs, identify solutions, and present and guide the project team and sponsors in identifying best solution Participate in Requirements Analysis; participate in the designing of solutions based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype if necessary, develop, unit test and deploy applications Contribute to the enhancement of department application development/delivery standards, tools and processes Provide L3 production support that includes evaluate issues, investigate cause(s) and come up with solutions to address defect Skill Matrix: S.
