Process Engineer

Main responsibility The Process Engineer is responsible for monitoring process outputs and starting and following up improvement actions. Main tasks Monitors process outputs, identifies improvement areas, and initiates corrective or improvement actions. Manages process changes and ensures all related actions are completed. Coordinates lean manufacturing activities and improves productivity using lean principles. Trains employees on the basic concepts of lean principles. Collects data and prepares reports to analyze and visualize process performance. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficiency in English. Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and analytical mindset. Residing in Osmaneli or Bilecik. No military obligation for male candidates.
