Account Manager

We are looking for a Account Manager for our global client, one of the world's leading manufacturers of steel and aluminum wheels for the automotive industry. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with domestic and international OEM customers Coordinate RFQ processes, prepare commercial quotations and follow customer negotiations through project completion Manage customer pricing updates based on raw material and market developments Support annual budget planning and monthly forecast activities for assigned customer accounts Coordinate new product launches and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments Monitor purchase orders, tooling payments, deliveries and project milestones Track customer payments and collaborate with Finance regarding outstanding receivables Monitor automotive market developments, customer production volumes and industry trends Build strong relationships with customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Finance teams to deliver customer expectations . Requirement Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related disciplin Minimu m 4-6 yea rs of experience in Automotive OEM Sales, Key Account Management or Customer Managemen Experience managing OEM customer accounts within the automotive industr Knowledge of RFQ, pricing, forecasting and commercial processe Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional team Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skill Fluent English, both written and spoke German would be considered an advantag Willingness to travel when required.
