Candidates must be able to pass an online technical java test MUST HAVE: 5+ years Java programming experience 3+ years development using Microsoft SQL including Strong experience writing complex queries in SQL Experience creating joins Demonstrated competency in accurately identifying the scope of work and preparing thorough, accurate, and detailed schedule estimates Demonstrated competency in designing, programming, and unit testing complex n-Tier applications Demonstrated competency in producing clear and thorough technical documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms BS / BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or related field Demonstrated experience with taking initiative to provide input and resolve issues and problems proactively Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts, both technical and business related, and to apply these concepts as needed Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple assignments NICE TO HAVE: Experience working in the restaurant or food services industry (strongly preferred) Experience developing or maintaining point-of-sale (POS) systems Preferably using Java on a POS System J2SE 1.6/1.7 MVC Pattern Servlets JSP RMI AWT Spring Tomcat 5.5/7 Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 Apache CXF Eclipse Subversion Jenkins JUnit JavaDoc Good comm skills are a big priority Duration: 6+ Months Interview Mode: Phone and SKYPE NEED LOCALS CANDIDATES We specialize in Staffing, Consulting, Software Development, and Training along with IT services to small to medium size companies.
