Burned out by overbooked schedules and lack of support? At Sploot, you'll practice high-quality medicine with a fully staffed nursing team
• so you can focus on your patients, not the chaos. What Makes Sploot Different Choose your schedule: 3/10s, 3/12s, 4/10s, or rotating 3- and 4-day weeks Highly skilled nursing team with up to a 3:1 nurse-to-DVM ratio Collaborative medicine with Medical Directors always available for consults Balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases Strong pre-visit triage so you walk into the exam room prepared No non-compete contracts
