What You’ll Do • Design, prototype, and build robotic hardware systems optimized for performance and reliability • Develop scalable data collection platforms with robotics engineers to accelerate model learning • Improve simulation fidelity through system identification and close collaboration with the simulation team • Maintain and evolve in-house hardware infrastructure for maximum uptime and throughput • Collaborate with a team of driven individuals committed to building general-purpose Physical AI What You’ll Bring • Strong engineering fundamentals and first-principles problem solving • Exceptional ownership and initiative—finding and solving problems independently • Broad experience across diverse hardware form factors and platforms • Systems-level mindset with a focus on robustness, scalability, and seamless integration • Track record of shipping fast without cutting corners on quality • Bonus: hands-on experience with actuators, PCB design, embedded systems, or electromechanical integration
