# Customer Service Specialist eCommerce

SYVO is looking for a Client Support Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for clients. This role involves managing communication, handling client requests, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience. Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for assigned clients. Communicate with clients to understand and manage their requests. Complete updates or changes directly when possible. Coordinate with other departments for requests requiring additional support. Track and manage client tasks using project management tools. Ensure all client interactions are clear, timely, and professional. Requirements Fluent in English , both written and spoken. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in customer service or client management . Proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and client inventory management. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS . Working knowledge of Photoshop or Figma . Experience with Zendesk is a plus. Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus. About the Role This position combines client communication with practical support and task coordination. You’ll be responsible for ensuring client requests are completed accurately
