You’ll work with a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, and musculoskeletal diagnoses. What you’ll do: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans Deliver care that includes manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation Collaborate with support staff and fellow clinicians to ensure seamless, team-based care Guide patients through fitness and wellness programs tailored to long-term recovery and prevention Document patient progress using Clinicient Participate in professional development through in-services, CEUs, and ongoing learning opportunities About You You'll make a great fit for this role if you bring the following: Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Desire to grow your career within a dynamic and expanding practice Degree from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program License (or eligibility) to practice in the state of Massachusetts Passion for delivering excellent, patient-centered, evidence-based care Eagerness to build your skills and contribute to a positive clinic culture Strong interpersonal and communication abilities      In compliance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act, this range represents the employer’s good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
