We are looking for a “Head of Didactic" for our multinational client, which is the global leader in technical basic and further training. Job Description Sustainable growth of market position by sales and operating result within the BU Didactic for achiving the overal sales targets, Development of the cluster strategy as well as the derivation for the according local companies implementation, Steering of the product mix in the cluster, Responsible for steering of the market and customer feedback to the global units and sales units (via EDM, strategy, etc.) as well as direct interaction with product management and R&D within the BU, Responsible for the implementation of the product and service strategy, Disciplinary and functional leadership of the sales team in the department and all commercial and technical areas in different locations within the cluster, Responsible for the systematic development of all employees and managers within the responsibility, Recruitment, management and coaching of employees and managers. Education and Experience 8-10 years active sales experience, market knowledge, experience in development and working with strategic customers, strategy development and its implementation, Several years of experience in the leadership of sales force, project teams and/or managers, Extended knowledge of several functions and its operation such as Project Management in education industry, logistics/ supply chain, purchasing, Excellent and fluent English skills, german language is a plus, Distinct persuasiveness and negotiation skills, Entrepreneurial ability, Ability to motivate people . “GI GROUP AND WYSER TURKEY SEÇME VE YERLEŞTİRME A.Ş.
