# Technical Sales Support Specialist

This won't be for you if you like routine; but for the right person it's an incredibly stimulating role, which will allow you to help deliver amazing projects. The Sales Assistant will be directly supporting and reporting to our CEO while coordinating with the Operations and Legal Department. Hence, it is a crucial role in managing sales-related tasks, assisting in business development efforts, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients The sales support specialist's responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Support Track ongoing business development projects and ensure timely follow-ups Prepare technical data sheets and sales presentations Respond to customer inquiries and draft emails on behalf of the CEO Conduct preliminary research for sales offers and project proposals Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Maintain and update CRM records with sales activities and client interactions Pre-Sales & Costing Assist in costing calculations for new projects and proposals Coordinate approval processes for installation plans and project schedules Obtain and confirm delivery timelines from relevant departments Manage proforma invoice approvals and ensure order accuracy Input sales orders into the ERP system and track progress Project Coordination & Reporting Liaise with the operations and accounting departments to track project progress Gather updates on order status, production, and financial milestones to report to the CEO Ensure all necessary documentation for project execution is properly recorded Provide after-sales support to clients and address any concerns CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS BS degree in Business administration or Engineering is a plus‍ Min 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in an exporter company Experience in costing for turnkey projects (especially in a technical office) is a plus Experience in overseas projects, contracts, and execution is a plus Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent communication skills in English, any other language is a plus Analytical and multitasking skills Teamwork and leadership skills A good sense of self and strong personal presence, can handle stress WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary Centrally located office Dynamic working environment where you can make a real impact Chance to be a part of the success of champions
