• 7a Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity. Starting salary: $32 - $48 per hour Competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends Join our specialized rehabilitation unit, where you'll care for patients with complex medical needs—similar to a neuro or med-surg unit. You’ll have the daily support of Nursing Assistants and a dedicated Nursing Supervisor. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our inpatient rehabilitation unit, you’ll provide direct patient care and serve as a key member of both the nursing and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll apply the nursing process—systematically assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care—to help restore and maintain each patient’s physical and psychological health, while supporting their personal goals. You’ll also serve as an educator to patients, families, and fellow team members, promoting understanding and empowerment throughout the recovery journey. Join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals working toward one goal: making each patient better than when we met them. By engaging with patients and families, you’ll help them recover and discover their new normal after a life-altering event. You’ll collaborate with nursing and therapy professionals, physicians, case managers, and a wide range of support staff to meet each patient’s medical, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
