Strix builds autonomous AI penetration testing agents that think like attackers: discovering, validating, and helping fix real vulnerabilities across live applications, codebases, and infrastructure, continuously, not once a year. We are looking for strong technical people who want to work at the intersection of AI, security, and infrastructure. ABOUT THIS ROLE We're seeking a Head of Growth to own how the world discovers Strix, building the engine that turns a product customers love into pipeline, from content and community to product-led and founder-led motions. YOU'RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS ROLE BECAUSE YOU WILL… • Own growth end-to-end: strategy, experiments, channels, and the numbers behind them • Build Strix's voice in the security community, content, launches, open source, events, and developer marketing • Design and optimize the funnel from first touch to booked demo to closed customer • Work directly with the founders to define positioning and shape the GTM playbook • Build the foundation (and eventually the team) for Strix's growth organization QUALIFICATIONS • 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or GTM roles at a B2B SaaS company, ideally security or developer tools • Track record of building pipeline from scratch in an early-stage environment • Strong writing and taste: you can craft a narrative technical audiences respect • Data-driven and hands-on: comfortable running experiments and building process where none exists • A tendency to leave things in a better way than you found them WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive salary with meaningful equity • Health, vision, and dental insurance • Office lunch and dinner (when working from our New York office) Strix is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.
