# Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology

Alpha Home Health and Hospice

Role: Provides specialized cardiac nursing care within a high-risk cardiac unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, and patient education. Responsibilities: Develops and implements individualized care plans, promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures communication across care teams.
